The dining room leads off onto a patio and garden with a Weber braai and a gate which has direct access onto the Ballito promenade, rock pools and Clarks Bay public beach with lifeguards.
The unit has an automated garage and there is also an open visitors parking. For guests' convenience, the unit is serviced daily, except for Sundays and public holidays. There is a video machine and a satellite dish with a DStv decoder, however guests are required to bring their own smart card.
