You have your own secure dedicated parking bay just a few steps from the covered verandah. Herschel Court is a popular oldish well-maintained 1930's Art Deco block where security is excellent with remote controlled access and 24/7 supervision The apartment is equipped with select DSTV channels and WIFI for normal email use - extended usage can be facilitated. Excellent value for those on a budget.
A short walk to major shops and the Cape Fertility Clinic. Also closeby are Newland Rugby, Cricket and the Jammie Shuttle to UCT. Major tourist attractions are easily accessible by public transport and Cape Town International Airport is about 20 mins by car. An airport shuttle can be arranged.

The owner is quite cheerful and was kind enough to let me check in earlier at the place. I did not find the place particularly clean or even well maintained. I would urge the owner to consider cleaning the place regularly. Apart from that everything else was fine.

A pleasant gem by

A wonderful and conveniently located unit more than comfortable for two. Just a few km's to Claremont's busy night life, restaurants, shopping center and easy access to scenic walks. The apartment is well looked after, presented. Its homely feeling and 24 hour security made it even more relaxing to stay there. Our hosts, Joy & Mike, welcomes you kindly and were really accommodating. Cant wait to revisit this hidden gem. Thank you.

I loved it especial the setup was exactly what I was looking for.

The wiring to the geyser (Hot water cylinder) is exposed and is dangerous. The room is damp and smell miff. Need redecorating badly !
