12 The Islands is set on a stunning cliff in Ballito boasting the most breathtaking sea views.

This unit has 3 bedrooms. The lounge, dining and kitchen is open-plan. The lounge has comfy seating with a flat screen TV and DStv viewing. The dining room has seating for 6 people, for a great family set up. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and fans. There is a gas braai to enjoy a nice South African Braai with seating for family entertainment. There are stairs leading up to the unit.

The complex is secure, has a pool and is a short 900m walk to the beach. Weekday cleaning services are included on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please note that tenants will be fined R500 should the guest not park in the designated parking area for unit 12.
