13 De Wetshof is a lovely two-bedroom apartment, situated in Van Ryneveld (Strand). The apartment comfortably accommodates four guests, ideal for two couples for each room.

Our first-floor apartment boasts with king-size beds in each room which can be split into single beds. Making the apartment ideal two couples each sharing two rooms. The fully fitted kitchen consists of all the essentials including a dishwasher. There is also a 42" Samsung smart television with open view. Currently no Wi-Fi available at the moment, but you are more than welcome to use your own. Secure parking for a car and off-street visitors parking should more parking be required is available. It also has a well-maintained braai area.

The accommodation is a mere 290 meters from the Strand beach line, where you will find laundromats, restaurants, and supermarkets with easy access to the main roads.
