The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with laundry amenities, a lounge with television ? bring your own decoder and card for DStv, and a balcony with sea views. The abode also offers guests communal braai facilities, a swimming pool and parking on the premises.

Umdloti has many great attractions in and around the area, including the stunning Dolphin Coast Beaches, the Hawaan Forest and the Mount Moreland Conservancy.

Everything We Hoped For! Just as advertised! by

My family and I greatly enjoyed our holiday and were so sad to have to leave yesterday morning.

Everything was just as the photos showed and the rooms were all very clean and the appliances all worked perfectly.

The view was even more spectacular than the photos showed.

A private braai on the balcony would be a nice added bonus.

We hope to stay here every year from now on!

The apartment was nice but had no power when we got there . Management , namely "Umhlanga Vacations", told us that they were giving us an upgrade and moved us to an apartment with air conditioning that was not working , a microwave that was not working, dirty bathrooms and a dryer that was not working as well as a tv that was not connected . We had one frying pan and were supplied with towels after asking management.

There was no compensation nor discount but a cleaner was sent for about an hour the next day.

We were all annoyed and my parents who are in their 60's had to deal with all of this while I was away at a meeting .

We all left feeling robbed and in need of a vacation from our vacation, especially my pregnant wife!

Utterly disappointed with this experience!
