Krizann No.17 is a spacious and tastefully furnished self-catering apartment situated in the secure Krizann complex on the main road of the popular town of Margate, close to the Margate main beach, restaurants and other amenities.

This family-friendly apartment can accommodate two adults and two children and comprises two bedrooms, one bathroom, an open-plan kitchen and living area that opens to a small balcony with beautiful views of the ocean. The first bedroom contains a double bed, ideal for two children. By walking through the first bedroom one will enter the second bedroom that contains a queen bed. From this bedroom the sea views are breath taking. The wall between the two bedrooms is not completely enclosed as can be viewed on the pictures.

The compact kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove (no oven), kettle, toaster, and a microwave. The lounge offers seating, and a TV with an open view decoder. DStv connection is in place, should guests wish to bring their own decoder, smart card, cables and remote.

There is a communal braai area just around the corner from the apartment. The complex offers undercover parking for one vehicle.
