This furnished three bedroom house can comfortably sleep 8 people, and is ideal for a family vacation.It has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and one large loft room. The living area is open-plan and spacious, comprising a lounge with a TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area leads out to a grassy garden area with amazing sea views.There is an indoor braai area, which can double as an indoor fireplace, as well as a portable outdoor braai to enjoy the nature.The tranquil setting is ideal for nature lovers, with walking trails, a prolific bird life, whale sightings and stargazing in unpolluted night skies. The spectacular wild flowers in spring are some of the many attractions this unique and special environment offers. Regret no pets allowed

Great weekend by

Great location, good space and very quiet. Bedrooms are set apart from living area which adds to the privacy. Some finishes needed - kids stubbed their feet on floor between bedroom and bathroom. Fantastic location and felt relaxed and on holiday.

What a fantastic location, the house has everything you need for a break away, and more.
We can't wait to go again, definitely recommended!



What a wonderful stay by

Thanks to Andrew for ensuring our stay at Grotto Bay was a memorable one!  We had loads of fun.  The morning walks were great and although it was way to cold to swim, our sea view was breathtaking.



Needs a little TLC by

The house has all ones needs for a weekend away. Close enough to the beach and lovely that you can at least see the sea. House needs a little loving care though, seems a little unfinished and annoying that one cannot open a lot of the doors. Front garden hedges need to be cut back as block the limited see view.
