The apartment sleeps eight guests and comprises four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a guest toilet and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that is open plan and has a bath, shower, two basins and a sheltered toilet. This room leads onto the porch deck. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and a basin. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. These two rooms share a bathroom that has a bath, shower, toilet and a basin.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine and a counter with chairs. The dining area has a dining table for eight. The lounge area has air-conditioning, comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. There is also a built-in bar with chairs. Staple doors lead from the living area to a veranda with a sitting area, private Jacuzzi and a private pool with sun loungers, as well as a garden with a view of the sea.

The eco-side of the estate has four communal areas with swimming pools, a rugby field, putt-putt course, picnic areas, braai facilities, hiking and biking trails, an equestrian center and an abundance of bird life and animals. On the golf side of the estate there is a golf course designed by Peter Matkovich with the Simbithi Country Club and boasts a bar, lounge, free Wi-Fi, the famous Fig Tree Restaurant, a safe play area for children, ' a swimming pool, tennis court and gym.

There is open parking for three vehicles. The apartment has a wonderful, private maid who cleans the unit daily, except on Sundays and holidays.
