21 San Juan is in an apartment building in the coastal village of Umdloti. The apartment building is close to the beach, as well as other attractions, restaurants, game reserves and golf courses.

The apartment can accommodate up to six guests and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first and second bedrooms have queen-size beds. The third bedroom has two single beds. The first bathroom has a shower. The second bathroom has a shower and bath.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and has a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
