We offer three spacious bedrooms; two bathrooms of which the master bedroom is en-suite; a fully equipped kitchen for use by guests; a dining room; lounge with satellite TV; and a swimming pool with a leisure area. I am very impressed with the establishment after spending the weekend there. The guest house is clean, well equipped and very comfortably decked out. Highly recommended.

Wonderful by

We can only but say we had a wonderful stay at 22 on Ayr. We were made to feel very welcome by Leon who went out of his way to please and ensure a pleasent stay. Facilities are very good and it is close to the highway, Gold Reef City, Sandton,etc. Would stay again when in Johannesburg.

Amazing time by

Had the most amazing stay. Leon was an incredible host. He made it a priority that our stay was the most comfortable one. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Magnificent by

The place is peaceful and quite. Leon, the host went out of his way to welcome us. Even wished us well in the morning. You don't get that from other hosts
