The property offers the following: parking for two to four cars, a large lawn for children, braai facilities, a full time maid, DStv, five bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a spacious open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen, a separate TV lounge, a separate well equipped bar and spacious veranda.The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, all cutlery and crockery, and there is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer available.

The bar with its own lounge is situated separate from the house as to not disturb those resting.All bedrooms have ceiling fans and built-in cupboards. There are five bedrooms and five bathrooms; the house sleeps 10.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Main bedroom with Queen and full en-suite, second bedroom with two singles, en-suite bathroom with shower, third bedroom with two singles, en-suite bathroom with bath, fourth bedroom with one single and one three-quarter bed, en-suite with shower, fifth bedroom with a double bed, en-suite with shower. The fifth bedroom is to the side of the house for privacy.

There are three dogs which live on site, they are visitor friendly, the maids and gardener take care of them as well as the pool and garden.There is a high drop from the deck and rim-flow pool so small children must be watched at all times.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS:This house only holiday rents during Dec/Jan peak season and some school holidays. Minimum stays required during the year when available are: 5 ? 7 nights. During the Dec/Jan peak season the season is split as follows: 10 nights leaving on the 27/12 OR 10 nights starting/arriving on the 28th or 29/12.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:Admin fee once off, Live in maid levy,,Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2000, refundable if there are no breakages.
