3 Lavenders is a cosy self-catering little garden unit, attached to the main house. It is located in one of Bloemfontein's older Towns. The unit can accommodate a maximum of two people.

The accommodation consists of one garden room, with two single beds. The bathroom comes with a shower and basin. There is a kitchenette equipped with a kettle, microwave and a fridge. Safe parking available for those who have a car, in the locked area of the premises. Further amenities include laundry facilities credit card facilities and the accommodation is wheel-chair enabled, although the bathroom is to small for a wheel-chair.

Situated just two kilometres from Mimosa Mall and the Free State Rugby Stadium. Bloemfontein offers various attractions such as museums, the Bloemfontein Zoo, Botanical Garden Tree Route, the Free State Botanical Garden, restaurants, and more. It is nearly 1 km from Universitas Hospital and Medi Clinic Hospital . The ideal clean and safe overstay place.
