A Zinkwazi beach front holiday home. This home is a great, no fuss holiday home. A private set of stairs allow direct access to the beach. On the way there, you will find a large deck for sun-downers, whale watching or to read a book in the shade of the lush brush and trees, while the breeze from the ocean cools your skin.

The house has an ideal open plan design, it is spacious, well equipped, and encourages a wonderful holiday. The entire house, including the bedrooms, open onto a spacious veranda with plenty furniture for young and old and a large umbrella for shade. Enjoy your meals at the large dining room table or al-fresco overlooking the ocean.

There is a gas braai and a spacious area to use the built-in charcoal braai. The house has two lounges, one being a TV lounge, DStv provided. There is no pool. The house is serviced. Wi-Fi is provided. The kitchen provides a microwave, stove, fridge/freezer, dish washer and all cutlery and crockery.

Laundry facilities: washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is secured by fencing, gates, an alarm system with beams supported by armed response and all sliding doors have security gates. There are two lock up garages with open, off-street parking for additional cars.

The house sleeps 10 in four bedrooms, all rooms have built-in cupboards, ceiling fans and all linen is provided. Please bring your own towels and beach towels. The four bedrooms provide three double beds, two single beds and two stack beds for small children. There are two full bathrooms. The house is ideal for two families with two bedrooms sharing a full bathroom on one side of the house and the same set up on the other side.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: Out of season: 2 nights.Mid-season: 2 ? 5 nights.In-season: 3 to 5 nights. Peak season: 10 nights leaving by the 27/28 of December OR 10 nights starting/arriving from the 28th onwards. Lesser stays before and after this period (minimum 7 nights) will be considered once the primary booking is confirmed. ALL BOOKINGS are subject to owner's approval.
