This beautifully furnished, luxurious apartment is situated in the prestigious and popular V & A Waterfront Marina. The apartment can sleep two guests comfortably and is fully equipped for self-catering.

The apartment is situated on the fourth floor of Kylemore Block B and boasts breathtaking views of the V & A Waterfront and the beautiful canals. The bedroom is decorated in hues of white and cream with splashes of aqua blue that induces a bit of vibrance in this peaceful space. The en-suite bathroom has a large shower and heated towel rails for added comfort. The apartment has Italian marble tiles throughout and the lounge and kitchen areas are comfortably and tastefully furnished with everything you'll need to kick back, relax and feel absolutely spoilt.

The lounge area is fitted with a state-of-the-art surround sound system that is connected to the big screen TV with full DStv bouquet and a DVD player. The bedroom also has an LCD TV screen connected to the satellite channels for those duvet days. As an added benefit, guests have access to Wi-Fi Internet and a prepaid telephone. The kitchen has an oven and hob, and all cutlery, crockery and utensils are provided. Even a washing machine and tumble-dryer are supplied. On arrival the fridge is stocked with some basic conveniences and items like croissants, muffins, fruits, yogurts and juice. Add a complimentary bottle of wine and you wouldn't have to leave the apartment.

The large balcony offers a gas barbecue, loungers and a four-seater dining table for entertainment purposes. Combine this setup with some of the most sought-after views, and ultimate relaxation is the result.

The V & A Waterfront Marina offers its guests the exclusive use of three swimming pools and a gymnasium. You can literally walk to the shopping paradise that the waterfront has to offer, as well as the wide variety of restaurants in the immediate area. While this location is more than ideal for the visitor wanting to explore the waterfront, the apartment is also situated a few minutes' drive from Table Mountain and it's world-famous Cable Way, Cape Town's business centre, the International Convention Centre and the gorgeous and renowned beaches of Clifton and Bantry Bay.

Combined work and pleasure trip. Beautiful apartment, all mod cons. Little touch (like 2 bottles of wine, breakfast rolls and cheese etc) really added to experience and I will definitely stay here again next time I need to stay in the waterfront.

We loved the apartment. Beautifully furnished. Fantastic location, and Hanine left us some food and wine after our long journey which was a nice gesture and much appreciated.


Superb! by

Stayed at this lovely apartment for 5 days in October.  It is stylish & modern and equiped with every facility, including wi-fi, safe, air-conditioning etc. and was spotlessly clean.  The kitchen contained everything you might need, and a much appreciated welcome pack was also provided!  There are 3 double wardrobes in the bedroom, so plenty of storage space for a longer stay, and a large, very comfortable bed.  The view from the apartment is stunning, being on the 4th floor, and overlooks the lagoon & One&Only hotel.  Parking was secure & easy to access, and the V&A Waterfront restaurants only a short walk away.

Kylemore A 202 V&A Waterfront by

Janine did not have 405 available but offered this as an alternative. It was a lovely apartment furnished to a  very high standard. The appliances were all top of the range. The housekeeping was first class and everything spotless at all times.
One of the features was the attention to detail and little touches such as nice toiletries and dish washer and washing machine accessories.
On arrival croissants, milk water wine and other items were provided to get you started.
A little problem we had was dealt with very efficiently and at no inconvenience to us.
We would certainly recommend these apartments where we had a most enjoyable months stay.
Just a five minute walk to the V&A Waterfront and all the transport and trips and attractions of Cape Town only 15 minutes walk away.
