The house has lovely ocean views from every room and you will wake up to views of the Indian Ocean in all its glory. This large double story home is surrounded by shaded verandas on both floors, along with massive stack-doors, a cool breeze through the house makes the air-conditioning almost unnecessary.

A blue pool offers lazy sun-soaking-cool-off opportunities, whilst leisurely time can be spend around the huge bar/dining area where the ?big-fish-lost?, story of the day can be shared over a drink. The house is fully air-conditioned and offer an active DStv card and decoder, located in a separate media room, a Weber for braaiing and it is serviced (levy charged for maid).

The property is secured by fencing, an electric gate, security beams and alarm which is supported by an armed response team. No garages are provided, but there is enough secure parking within the fenced property. All bedrooms have sea views, air-conditioning, built-in cupboards, hangers and open onto large verandas. All linen is provided, please bring bath and beach towels.

Kitchen: microwave, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, two dish washers (one in bar), chest freezer with all cutlery and crockery supplied. Laundry facilities: washing machine and tumble dryer. Guest loo.

Top floor: first bedroom: queen size bed, en-suite with bath, shower, basin and toilet. Second bedroom: two single beds. Third bedroom: two bunk beds. Fourth bedroom: two single beds. Fifth bedroom: with double bed. The media room doubles as a bedroom and sleeps four comfortably, this is the ideal teenagers pad. Bedrooms: 2, 3, 4, 5 and media room is supported by two separate bathrooms which each has a large shower, toilet and basin.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off. Maid levy and departure cleaning fee. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation amount, with a minimum of R2000, refundable if there are no breakages.
