45 Broadway Lodge is situated in Durban North within close proximity to major schools, sporting arenas, shopping centers, KZN tourism attractions and, of course, the beautiful beaches and warm waters of the Indian Ocean.

Another advantage of the location is the easy access to a wide variety of renowned golf courses situated along the entire KZN coastline.

All units consists of beautifully finished, spacious bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.A self-catering bed room is also available with a convenient fully fitted kitchen. Bedrooms are all air-conditioned with king, double or single beds and TV.

From the balcony a slight view of the picturesque, tranquil and inviting waters of the Indian Ocean can be seen or wonder around the beautiful garden or enjoy the pool!

The establishment does not serve breakfast, instead we offer a Wimpy voucher for those guests that choose the breakfast option. This voucher can be redeemed from the Wimpy branch which is 2min up the road from us.

Vacation by

1. The selfcatering was private and very nice to stay there 2. The roomservice was excellent knowing that you don`t have to bother with cleaning and stuff like that 3.It is a very nice and fine place to stay for holidays.

My stay by

The place is close to the CBD and the other entertainment areas like Ushaka and the beaches. The following needs improvements: 1. My room had a shower only but there was no shower cap for my wife. 2. The breakfast needs some attention, on the second day they did not have just a yoghurt and a mere bread, had to delay the breakfast waiting for someone going to buy a bread. 3. The garden for room 2 needs maintenance. In overall the place is good and so the reception, except the above mentioned.

Good, clean (mostly) and relaxing. My problem with dirty pots and pans was quickly sorted out.
