Our very popular 4 on Beach offers spacious, comfortable and laid back self-catering accommodation in a furnished 3-bedroom, first-floor unit situated in Melkbosstrand, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The unit comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and dining area with an indoor braai, and a lounge area with full sea views.
The first bedroom contains a double bed and a built-in wardrobe with en-suite.
There is also a seating area with tea- and coffee-making facilities.
The second bedroom contains x2 single beds with amazing sea views. Private bathroom for this room down the corridor.
The third bedroom contains a double bed with a built-in wardrobe. This bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, as well as a private seating area with tea- and coffee-making facilities.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and features a breakfast bar. The open-plan kitchen leads directly to the dining area with indoor braai facilities. The sea view lounge is equipped with a TV, seating for up to 8 guests, and a cupboard with board games.

The unit is ideal for families, groups of friends, water-sport enthusiasts, or business travellers. The location offers easy access to some of Melkbosstrand's popular restaurants, such as Cafe Orca, Damhuis Restaurant, Seafood Lapa, I Love Melkies, and The Hart. The property is approximately a 10-minute walk to the MyCiTi bus link to Big Bay, Bloubergstrand, Table View, Century City and Cape Town. There is a shopping centre opposite the bus terminal for guests convenience.
