The cottage consists of an open-plan room with a double bed fitted with an en-suite bathroom.
It is semi self-catering with a microwave, two-plate stove, kettle and bar fridge. Guests can further enjoy a TV and Wi-Fi.

The 4th Ave Studio Cottage is available for couples or a single person. It is the ideal accommodation for a stopover or a weekend at the beach. The cottage is within walking distance to shops, public transport, restaurants and the beach. Please note that there is only on-street parking.

we loved the peace and quiet , really very cumfy and exactly what we needed for our quick weekend get away, a definite repeat and referral as well, walking distance to the beach and surrounds should one need a thing or two from the shops, fantastic home away from home ... awesome !!!!
