50 Panorama Drive

A cosy 3-bedroom cottage, newly renovated, located against the slope of Zinkwazi overlooking the Indian Ocean, offering amazing views. 50 Panorama drive is a double story home with large spacious decks. The lounge and dining room open onto a covered deck with furniture so that you might enjoy the views whilst having your meals alfresco. Two of the upstairs bedrooms open onto an upstairs deck with glorious views. The house is excellently equipped, in great conditions and well secured with electric gate, alarm, beams and fencing. There are 2 lock up garages with ample open parking. All linen supplied, please bring your towels and beach towels. There is a gas braai to use on the wooden decks. DSTV an active card and decoder is supplied. There is no pool and the house is not serviced, but you can rent a maid from our local cleaning agency. Beach access is a down hill walk, but steep walk back, you may drive to the main beach and park, but be warned parking is limited. The house sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms serviced by 3 bathrooms. DOWNSTAIRS: you will find a spacious living area with lounge, dining room, kitchen, scullery and guest loo. Kitchen: dishwasher, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and all cutlery and crockery. Laundry facilities: washing machine and tumble dryer. UPSTAIRS: 3 bedrooms with a double bed each. All bedrooms are en-suite with shower, toilet and basin. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, built-in cupboards and hangers are supplied.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee, once off. Departure cleaning fee. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R1000, refundable if there are no breakages.
