This spacious house sleeps up to eight guests in four beautifully furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom is shared. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and is fitted with a washer and drier combo, a dishwasher and a large fridge and freezer. There is an open-plan lounge with a TV, DVD system and DStv access, guests would need to bring their own smart card.The living area leads out to a covered patio, with outdoor furniture and a spa bath. Additional facilities include a braai area, a communal swimming pool and two covered parking bays.*The unit has a private Jacuzzi. There is an additional fee of R960 should you wish to use the Jacuzzi.

What was the highlight of our stay - was spending time with our family and friends at there place by

What we loved was the big spaciousness apartment and that was about it. The apartment was very dirty, the kitchen was an embarrassment. Pots where disgusting with broken lids, oven did not work (a week later the oven was still not fixed), microwave not working, no table cloth, only 5 placemats that should cater for 8 people. Not one full set of glasses, No servicing dishes or trays we had to go and buy our own. Plumbing problem in the main bathroom water would not drain out of the bath. The balcony was full of cigarettes butts. Cupboard doors outside broken. After complaining about the cleanliness +~ 4 to 5 time and going to Ballito. Nets office with the disgusting pots ect, then they decided to send someone to come and have a look, The owner of the cleaning company came to have a look. We showed her the dirt around the apartment all we got in return was excuses. Once the cleaning lady was done cleaning the apartment we found toast that must of been months old under the beds and other rubish. I wish I could attach photos to show everyone the state of this apartment. It is shocking that we had to pay this kind of money to Balitto.net / Renter that showed no interest about our problems. I would not recommend that anyone should rent 55 Sabuti in Simbithi Eco - Estate or use Ballito.net to rent apartment from.
