Our unit is a privately owned and very spacious 150 sq/m holiday home within a secure access control estate. This truly is an ideal holiday home boasting 2 bedrooms, 1,5 bathrooms (toilet and shower only en suite), lounge, dining room and enclosed braai / entertainment area and open plan fully fitted kitchen. This free standing house has got a single lock up garage offering direct access into the house. The complex is ideally situated near malls and the ski boat club less than 2km away. This secure green resort complex is however only a short stroll's distance (500 m) away from a pretty beach. The house is nestled in a lovely gated community with 24 hr security and a communal pool. The complex has a strict NO PETS policy due to the fact that it borders a conservatory area.

This well maintained and tastefully decorated home from home is situated in a popular holiday resort on the border of the busy Shelly beach area. A gym and various other shops are only 200m away.

The house is fully equipped sleeping up to a maximum of 6 guests. Beds consists of a double bed in the main bedroom, 2 single beds in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. All furnishings and appliances are included! The unit has got a DVD player, but you will need to bring your own Decoder and card. Linen is provided but please bring your own bath and swimming towels. Truly a fantastic place to have and enjoy a holiday.

Almost a great time by

so we get to place quiet complex, the chalet was decorated tastefully, neat clean. Problem was the care takers on premises made a fuss us having glass at pool area, which we understood and removed, but he asked us to then leave and locked the pool gates! when we were asked to remove the glass we did, so his behaviour was inappropriate and came across almost racial, we didn't spend much time in complex thereafter, care taker a major put off, wont be going back because of him!

It was spacious, convenient and safe place. Close to all necessities. Well equipped. Nice braai area for all weather conditions. Very fast and friendly service. I will definitely recommend this place
