102 Bermuda

102 Bermuda is a modern self-catering apartment located in Ballito on the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal. Ideal for a family of six.

The ground floor unit has access to a lovely and large lawn which is ideal for families with children who want to play outside all day long. It is also near the beach and has direct access to Ballito's main beach.

The apartment comprises three bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living area has air-conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin, and there is a guest toilet.

The fully-equipped kitchen comprises a microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee and tea facilities, oven, stove, washing machine, crockery and cutlery.

The living area has comfortable couches and a TV with full DStv. The lounge offers access to a covered patio with a Weber braai and excellent views.

Guests can enjoy the communal swimming pool and braai facilities. There is a daily maid service.

There are two parking spaces in the complex, one of which is on the upper floor and the other one is covered. The complex is within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

King Shaka International Airport is just a 30-minute drive from the complex.
