11 Robberg is a luxurious Villa located close to the ocean in Plettenberg Bay. The villa offers modern accommodation ideal for families and can sleep up to 22 people in 10 bedrooms. It offers breathtaking views from the balconies and swimming pool level.

As you enter the villa, you step into a double-volume lobby that forms part of the three-level villa. The bedrooms are split over two levels with the master suites located on the top level with a large shared balcony. The garden level has six bedrooms.

The ground level houses the main living space, entertainment are and a large terrace. This level has a TV lounge and formal lounge, both with fireplaces. The formal lounge forms part of the open-plan lounge and dining area, and leads onto the outside terrace and swimming pool. This level also has a fully equipped kitchen. The separate play room is equipped with a TV, pool table and table tennis table; the ideal place to leave the kids to entertain themselves. The house also has full Wi-Fi Internet connectivity.

The half covered terrace offers an alfresco dining area and sunloungers next to the infinity pool. The villa has a private walkway to the beach with an access-controlled gate for complete privacy.
