THE REAL THING, an original ?beach cottage?. Pairing, nostalgia with modern furnishing and comfort all in good condition. Angel bay has direct beach access with slight views. A lovely entertainment area with umbrellas, veranda furniture and loungers to relax around the sparkling blue pool, with net provided. The cottage sleeps 10 in 4 comfortable bedrooms with all linen and bath towels provided. Please bring beach and pool towels. The house is serviced by a live in maid, provides a Weber and charcoal braai, an active DSTV card and decoder and comfortable surroundings, no stairs in the house. The property is secured with palisade fencing, a gate, security beams, an alarm and armed response. There are no garages but the property is flat with ample parking and cars are secured by security beams. There is a flat lawn on which little ones can kick a ball when not splashing in the pool or building sand-castles on the beach. Enjoy the beach directly in front of the house via a direct access path or stroll to the main beach. There is parking at the main beach for the early bird or those who prefer the short drive. Inside the house you will find: Open plan lounge, bar, dining room, kitchen and separate scullery/laundry. The living area flows out onto the veranda and pool. Kitchen: well equipped, all cutlery and crockery provided, microwave, hob and eye level oven, 2x fridge/freezer and chest freezer. Laundry facilities: washing machine and windy dryer . Bedrooms and Bathrooms: 1st Bedroom with 1 Double bed and 1 single bed, 2nd Bedroom with 1 Double bed and 1 single bed. 3rd Bedroom with Double bed, 4th Bedroom with 2 Single beds. All bedrooms have either ceiling fans or standing fans. There are 3 bathrooms, Bedroom 1 & 2 inter lead into a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin. Additionally there are 2 separate bathrooms: 1st Bathroom with shower, basin and toilet, 2nd Bathroom with bath, basin and toilet.

MINIMUM STAYS:
Out of season: 2 nights, never less.

Mid-season: 2 ? 5 nights, depending on the owner.

In season: 4 ? 7 nights, depending on the owner.

Peak season: 10 nights leaving/departing by 27/28 Dec OR 10 nights starting/arriving from 27/28 Dec on wards.Lesser stays before and after peak bookings (min 5 ? 7 nights) will be considered once primary bookings are confirmed and @ the owner's discretion.

Admin fee: once off

Live in maid levy

Breakage deposit: 10% of the value of the accommodation total with a minimum of R1000, refundable if there are no breakages.
