12 on Beach Guest House is a luxury guest house situated on the beachfront in Saldanha. The guest house offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in nine stylish rooms.The rooms are all individually decorated and offer en-suite bathrooms. It's lacking in the finer details by Anneke Vd Merwe, Namibia 03 June 2014 The rooms are very beautiful and the fixtures are luxurious, but the small, detailed touches to the accommodation were lacking. It would have been really nice to maybe have an electric blanket on the bed, instead of the overly-luxurious and beautiful fixtures. Our biggest complaint, which actually soured the stay, was the fact that the shower water was merely lukewarm and this small detail will have the result that we will not make use of this guesthouse again, or indeed recommend it to anyone else. No hassles with checking in, a rare method they follow, that we have seen at no other establishment. The owners really make you feel included and, at one instance, have gone out of their way to help us in a situation that arose. To top it all, it is clean and has modern finishes.
