17 Capri is situated on the first floor in a secure and well-known older holiday block right in the heart of Amanzimtoti. It is on the beach with a magnificent view over the ocean from the unit. The beach and restaurants are only a mere 2 minutes walk and other attractions such as a games arcade, ten-pin bowling, shops, a water park, and a laundromat are all within a few minutes walking distance from the unit, making it an ideal location for holidays as well as business travel. Several other tourist attractions are also within a short distance.

This unit can accommodate up to a maximum of five guests, two adults and three children under the age of 16. The unit is ideally suited to accommodate no more than two adults, and should a guest wish to accommodate more adults' in lieu of children this must be stated when requesting a quotation and a surcharge may be applied at the owners discretion. If more than five people occupy the unit the guests will be evicted immediately and no refund will be given.

This open-plan unit consists of a modern fully equipped kitchen including a stove, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, a bathroom fitted with a shower and a large tastefully decorated living and sleeping area with a double bed, double sleeper couch and a day bed. The granite top located at the window overlooking the promenade and ocean has bar stools making it the ideal spot to enjoy a coffee, food, drinks or just relax with the smell and hearing of the ocean. There is also an ice machine on the countertop. Access to the unit includes an elevator as well as a staircase.

The unit is fitted with ceiling fans throughout as well as an air-conditioner for the hot summer days and nights. There is a flat-screen TV with DStv and guests are welcome to bring their own DSTV decoder should they wish to have the premium package while here. Linen and towels are provided.

A communal braai area is located on the deck on the same level as the unit making it ideal to enjoy a braai. There is also a dedicated shower located on the ground floor to rinse off the saltwater and sea sand when returning from the beach. Secure parking is behind an automated gate and the complex and car park are monitored by CCTV cameras ensuring total peace of mind.

During winter months you may even be able to witness the South Coast Sardine run, or watch the whales and dolphins play from the unit overlooking the ocean.

Guests are met and welcomed in person upon arrival and departure by the owners who reside within 15 minutes.

Please note under no circumstances will more than five guests be permitted, this includes adults, children, babies and visitors.
