The Beaches 1B is your perfect seaside getaway! Situated on the popular Melkbaai in Strand, this self-catering one-bedroom apartment offers a swimming beach with beautiful views of False Bay, as well as long stretches of beach for jogging and swimming and lazing in the sun.

The Beaches 1B offers free secure parking on the premises and is one of two apartments with a patio. Satellite TV, bedding and bath towels are included.

There is a popular a la carte restaurant on the ground floor as well as a few friendly coffee shops within walking distance.

Being so close to Cape Town and the beautiful Cape Winelands, this is the ideal place to stay if you want to explore the Cape Peninsula and surroundings. Cape Town Airport is 30 min away, The V&A Waterfront 40 min, Hermanus 1 hour, Paarl 40 min and Stellenbosch 30 minutes.

Clean and brilliant location by

The unit was extremely clean and has a brillian view of the ocean. It is right across the beach and was decorated in a modern yet homey fashion. We had a great stay. Will recommend the unit to anyone.
