Horrible by

The Agent in charge of 201 Atlantic views is horrible. I booked in June for accommodation for November. On the day I arrived the keys were locked in the room. Apparently there was a double booking for "important clients" coming to live for two weeks. The room wasn't prepared and was dirty.
