212 Sabuti

212 Sabuti is a cozy self-catering apartment on the secure Simbithi Eco Estate in the heart of Ballito, just a 30-minute drive from Durban and a 20-minute drive from King Shaka International Airport.

The eco-side of the estate offers four community centers with swimming pools, a rugby field, putt-putt, picnic areas, braai facilities, hiking and biking trails, a horse center and ample bird species and wildlife. On the golf side of the estate there is an 18 hole golf course designed by Peter Matkovich, an outdoor club which has a bar, lounge area and free WiFi, the famous Fig Tree Restaurant, Adventure Playground for the kids, a swimming pool , tennis courts and a gym.

The apartment sleeps six guests and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest toilet, as well as an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom has a king size bed and there is a full en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. It offers access to a porch. The second bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. These rooms share the second bathroom which has a bath and a shower.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and a washing machine. The dining area has a dining table for six guests and the lounge area has air-conditioning, ample seating and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. The lounge area offers access to an enclosed patio with outdoor furniture, a gas braai and a Jacuzzi. Guests can watch for dolphins and whales in the waters at Thompsons Beach while relaxing in the Jacuzzi and from here guests can also see a view of the tidal pool and the hole in the rock or 'hole in the wall'. The veranda is enclosed and offers access to an open balcony where there is a kettle braai.

The apartment offers two covered parking spaces and one open parking space and offers access to both Sabuti's swimming pools.
