Wake up to the sight of the ocean at 214 On Spinnaker; a modern self-catering apartment with wonderful sea and harbour views. Situated on the 21st floor of The Spinnaker building at the Point Waterfront in Durban.

The apartment has a modern design with contemporary furnishing and sleeps four people. The apartment comprises of a beautiful kitchen, a lounge and a balcony. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The first bedroom contains a double bed and the second bedroom has twin single beds. The bathroom consists of a shower and bath. A set of bath towels will be provided for complimentary use during your stay.

The lounge area also has great sea views, is fully air-conditioned, and boasts a flat-screen TV with DVD player and full DStv bouquet. The granite-topped kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a fridge, a stove, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, dishes, pots, and cutlery.

In addition, there is a washing machine and tumble-dryer. Enjoy the beautiful views as you dine on the balcony. The flat is serviced daily, except on Sundays.

214 On Spinnaker is in close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops, as well as being directly opposite Durban's premier attraction, uShaka Marine World.

The accommodation is very neat and very secure. Walking distance to the beach and uShaka world. Its a home away from home. Its situated in a perfect area. Instead of using your own transport you can use the bus services (PEOPLE MOVER) for city tours. The owner values his clients. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

There was no false advertising here, in fact the website pictures do not do justice to the place. It is an absolute stunner in terms of the interior decor. The views are breathtaking and it is a short walk to the beach and Ushaka Marine World. It is the perfect accommodation for families. Money well spent.

It was a beautiful place, the view was magnificent and the harbour is right there and Ushaka.The staff are super friendly.Perfect place:)

The apartment is comfortable, but I had a hunt for the cutlery drawer and had to call the cleaner to tell me where to find it. She says I'm not the first to have had this problem, so perhaps visitors should be alerted about where it is. The addition of a chopping board as well as a better kitchen knife would also be good. Noise from Ushaka Marine World is a bit of a disturbance and I don't know how residents can actually live with it. Have they ever been approached about reducing their decibel levels?

The View by

Everything was lovely. The apartment was clean and very comfortable - well stocked with towels :-) The view was amazing! These are not really complaints - one thing we did not really like was the bedroom doors - did not stay open. Also there was no dishwashing liquid - and we did not carry any - perhaps a forewarning to guests to carry their own? We do hope to visit again!
