This awesome holiday apartment is located on the Margate beachfront and promenade. It has a spectacular balcony view of the Indian Ocean and beach. It is located on the sixth floor and only has stairs access (no elevator), so please note that this unit is not wheelchair friendly.
The apartment offers three bedrooms: a main with a double bed, and two rooms with a tri-bunk (double and single). There is also a single sleeper couch in the lounge. The apartment can therefore sleep seven adults and two children in the optimum configuration. Kindly note that there are strictly no more than 8 guests in total, and maximum of 6 Adults are permitted in the apartment.
In addition, there are two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath. A fully equipped kitchen with all the normal appliances including a front-loading washing machine. The lounge has a 50-inch HD flat-screen TV and Family Plus bouquet on DStv The main bedroom has a 32-inch flat-screen TV.
On the balcony, you have access to a Cadac gas braai.
In the complex, there is a communal pool and braai facility area. Private entrance to the beach/promenade area. One shaded cloth parking with a communal area for trailers.
Please note that excessive alcohol, loud noise and parties are not permitted in the apartment and in the complex.
