30 on Rocklands is a modern three-bedroom double-story house in Westcliff, Hermanus. The bedrooms are all en-suite, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor, both with balconies with partial sea views. The bedrooms all have a double bed and bathroom towels are supplied. Beach towels also available. The house offers Wi-Fi on the first floor and satellite TV with several televisions sets. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a scullery which includes a dishwasher and washing machine. A Nespresso machine is also available. A covered patio includes a 6-seater dining table and chairs with a built-in barbecue and wood pizza oven. The dining room offers a table with 6 chairs. . Secure parking is available and access to house is secured by sliding gate. Linen supplied. The house is within walking distance from the town centre and new harbour. A short 400 m walk to the famous cliff paths.
