Extra parking in peak or semi season can be arranged at a small cost per day. There are 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier and microwave. All cutlery and crockery is provided. There is a Full Bouquet DStv package.

The flat has direct beach access to the main Willard beach. The pool and braai area is well maintained and provides excellent opportunity for entertaining, braaiing and childrens' activities. The Ballito promenade commences directly outside Kenwyn and stretches a full 2 km along Ballito as far as Zimbali Estate.

It was so nearby, spacious, neat and clean and have everthing in the flat what you need by

It's really a beautiful flat with all that you will need. Very spacious and can compare to any 4 star guesthouse or hotel! Very relaxing!!

I like to sleep with the windows open and the only thing that is not nice is that the balcony of the neighbours is at the window of the main bedroom and when they smoke it comes into the main bedroom. For some people who are very allergic to things like that, it can be a struggle during the night to sleep. Other than that I can really recommend it to anybody and would like to go there again.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review of my flat. I do appreciate you taking the time and trouble.

Since you were there, I have upgraded and refurbished a lot of items in the flat and if you go again (I hope you do), you will find it improved even more.

The problem with cigarette smoke blowing into the main bedroom is one I have also experienced and I agree, it is most unpleasant for non-smokers. I intend taking up this problem at the AGM which is being held next month, but if you are lucky, there will not be smokers in the next door flat. If there are, I can only suggest that you ask them to move to the side of their balcony away from my bedroom window.

I enjoy the 309 kenwyn, the apartment, very neat and there was everything we needed, the overview of the beach is also beautiful, I will definitely use it again, only thing the blanket is very outdated and thin there I was a bit cold because the weekend was cold and wet, thank you Lesley your place is beautiful, and I will tell my friends to visit your place
