Our best Guest House experience ever! by

Our family of four recently stayed at this amazing venue for 7 days. We found it extremely safe and was perfectly located to serve as a base for our day trips.
We felt like royalty, being treated to magnificently decorated rooms with luxurious finishes, deliciously and personally prepared breakfasts on the deck next to the swimming pool, with breath taking panoramic views of the mountains, the whole of False Bay and the surrounding fynbos vegetation.
Joanne is the perfect hostess and made us feel like family.
We can highly recommend this Guest House and would definitely choose it again when we visit the Fairest Cape.



We had such an incredible stay at 43 on Sandstone and I would definitely recommend this guesthouse to all my friends and family. My husband and I stayed in the upstairs room for a week, what a treat!  You will not regret booking this accommodation, breathtaking views (yes the pictures are 100% true), stunning decor, the most comfortable bed, beautiful surroundings and breakfasts fit for a king! Joanne was so friendly and extremely helpful from the moment we walked through the doors. Joanne, thank you so much for making us feel like royalty and making it a vacation that will be difficult to forget! We will definitely be seeing you again soon!

Outstanding by

Accommodation is private, clean and tastefully decorated with 180 degree views if the bay. Careful thought has gone into every detail to make guests comfortable. Rooms are well equipped down to the finest detail, from umbrellas for rainy days to picnic baskets and sarongs for beach days.
Joanne is always discretely on hand and makes guests feel at home with a divine breakfast and loads of information should you inquire.

What a lovely place. From the moment we pulled up to the guest house there was a friendly face waiting to meet us. Everyone was so welcoming and made us feel at home. Such a wonderful place just to unwind with a stunning view. To end of this wonderful experience we got to sat down to a delicious breakfast. We will definitely refer this guest house to anyone.
