This is a lovely home with panoramic sea views, ideal for a family holiday. It is a large beach cottage, well-equipped and in good condition, one road back from the beach.

The cottage sleeps eight in four rooms, three with double beds and the last with twin beds. All rooms have ceiling fans and the main bedroom has air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. There are two more bathrooms, one with a bath and basin and the other with a shower, and a separate toilet. All linen is provided, towels are provided for the house and pool but please bring your own beach towels.
The open plan lounge/TV room/dining room/kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with cutlery and crockery, a microwave, a hob and oven, a fridge/freezer, a chest freezer and a dish washer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available.

There is a swimming pool (no net) and verandas at the front and back. The back veranda is shielded, with a table tennis table and entertainment area off the kitchen and TV lounge. A Webber is provided for braaing. DStv is available and the property is secure with beams, an alarm and armed response. It has double lock-up garages. The cottage is serviced and a levy charged.
