The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for meals and entertaining at home, with a gas hob, extractor and double basin scullery area. The full size bathroom includes a Monroe bath. Wi-fi and a satellite television service is included. Despite its central location, the apartment is quiet and tranquil. You'll love that you can get great coffee, pizza, sushi, a-la-carte dining, groceries, an ATM, happy hour, Capetonians, transport and fresh flowers within 40 meters of the front door.

The world famous Giovannis deli and Italian coffee bar is the first thing that greets you as you leave the apartment. The Green Point Stadium hosts international concerts and sporting events, and is literally across the road. South Africa's most visited tourist attraction, the V&A Waterfront is 10 minutes away by foot. The very efficient MiCiti bus stops in front of the apartment and will get you to the CBD or the beaches in 10 minutes. Across the street there is a waiting area for cabs.

Convenience and Tranquility by

Considering it's proximity to Main Road the apartment is surprisingly quiet. No traffic noise at all. The apartment if very comfortable and has everything you need. Very centrally situated for restaurants and convenience shops. Being in same building as famous Italian Deli Giovani's is added bonus. The lack of onsite parking was not a hassle as there is plenty of parking across main road, with security guard. Would definitely stay there again.



The apartment was the perfect home away from home! Spacious and warm, my family loved being there and the location was perfect. We'll be back for certain.

Centrally located Comfortable Apartment by

Stayed for three days for a conference in the V&A.  Was more spacious and less expensive than a guest house.  Although it has a fully equiped kitchen Giovanni's deli down stairs offers great fresh and healthy take aways and great coffee in the morning.  The apartment was really quiet even though centrally located with everything located within walking distance
