67 on Mountain is a beautiful Self Catering Cottage suitable for three people in Somerset West. Come and enjoy our warm hospitality.

The open-plan cottage is separate from the main house with a private entrance and parking. The unit is furnished with a double bed, as well as a single bed, and has a private bathroom with a shower. A floor mattress can be arranged for a fourth person (child). For convenience, towels are provided but guests need to please bring their own toiletries. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a frying pan, a fridge, a kettle and iron. There is no stove but braai facilities are available. The lounge is equipped with a TV and DVD player. Tea, coffee, soap, and cleaning materials are provided. A cleaning service can be arranged on request at an additional cost.

67 on Mountain is about 2 km from the Vergelegen and Lourensford wine estates as well as Helderberg Nature Reserve. Strand and Stellenbosch is about a 12-minute drive from Somerset West.

It was a lovely little home. Sugar had a think a bit of coffee mixed in it ( sure just an accident) wine glasses would have been nice.

Clean, modern flatlet with own entrance by

Lovely and clean, modern and well priced. Disappointed that owner cancelled second booking without whatsapping us...so left without accommodation for our second booking. Tv definitely needs huge upgrading, wifi very slow. Front door jams and difficult to open. No place to put soap etc in shower.

Establishments response:

I had the client and his family who stayed at our establishment on 9 July. He changed the dates of the booking a few times which I did not mind.

The problem came in when he wanted a 2nd booking but made empty promises of paying the deposit. It was holiday season and I explained to him that it was imperative to pay a deposit.
First he said that the office where close for which he was working on the weekend, then he said on the Monday that the accountant was not at work and then he said that he will pay for the 2nd booking when he arrives for the 1st booking (9 July). He left the next morning without paying for his next booking.

After he left myself and the cleaning lady went to clean the cottage. The purpose of towels is to dry a persons body after a shower or drying your hands. Unfortunately the towels were used for other purposes so I had to throw the towels away.

I immediately phoned Safari to notify them of the situation and told them to notify the guest that he will not be able to return.

So I feel it is unfair that people only see one side of the story
