Grahamstown is home to the National Arts Festival that is an annual occurrence in July that draws people from across the country. The festival boasts art, shows, stalls and many other exciting performances from well-known comedians, musicians and production companies. 8A St Aidans Avenue is centrally located near Kingswood College, St Andrews College, and Diocesan School for Girls and the Law Courts. It is only an hour's drive away from Addo Elephant Park, Shamwari Game Reserve, Amakhala Game Reserve, Lalibela Game Reserve off the N2 highway.

Accommodation is offered in six luxury suites or rooms. Each suite or room contains an extra length bed made up with percale cotton linen and mohair blankets. Mungo handwoven towels and bath robes are provided. Room facilities include flat-screen TVs with DStv, tea and coffee-making facilities, hairdryers, and heaters.

The guest house has a well-stocked honesty bar area. The spacious lounge and dining area has a fireplace for those colder nights.
