Adamsiew offers luxury self-catering accommodation with breathtaking views over Gariep Dam. It is situated halfway between Johannesburg and Cape Town you will find Adamsview 5 km from the N1 close to Colesberg.

We have luxury accommodation with a view to die for at reasonable rates. The Gariep dam view can be seen from the bed, spar bath, fireplace, kitchen and private braai area, peace and quiet that can only be experienced in the Karoo. If you want to relax, this is the place to be. Tranquillity as never been experienced before

Facilities includes air-conditioning and DStv in all the rooms, spar baths in two of luxury units and self-standing baths in the bedrooms of the other luxury units.

Three luxury units with private braai facilities, full kitchen, spectacular dam views and separate entrances that enhance privacy and gives a sense of ownership.

Our luxury loft has air-conditioning, DStv, spar bath, shower, full kitchen and a patio overlooking Gariep Dam. We have few restaurants to choose from in the area. All rooms are spacious and extend the feeling of freedom.

Extras: Breakfast at hotel 200m away from R60, Champaign and snack platter for romantic evening R170, Snack platter to enjoy in front of TV and fireplace R120, Braai pack to enjoy on your private braai with spectacular view from R55. Biltong platter to die for R50.

Perfect midway stopover by

We stayed in the Loft which has spectacular views. It has everything one needs, and is very neat and clean. Highly recommended.

Excellent by

This is excellent accommodation. We enjoyed every moment, it was simply perfect. We will certainly go again and tell all our friends.

Gariep stopover by

The bedroom was too small for 2 adults & a dog. Was not told about the 2 single beds instead of a double bed so not good for married couples. The dual entrance with the luxury unit was a problem too.

Halfway stop at Adamsview by

Ideal place to stop and rest for the night on your long travel to and from Cape Town. Quiet, neat and very comfortable. Highly recommendable.

Loved the clean airy unit, spa bath, spacious shower. Need something for flies though -maybe citronella lamps?

Ons het baie lekker gebly. Personeel is baie vriendelik en behulpsaam, en die kamers is skoon en baie netjies. Sal enige tyd weer daar oorslaap.

Amazing! by

Everything was perfect! Tastefully decorated room, every "mod-con" to make our stay enjoyable. Comfortable ultra king size bed, a bath with a skylight above it - absolute heaven! And of course the view....... One of the best in South Africa. We will be going back again in October

Very comfortable , very clean and beautiful sunrise

Gariep Dam by

Wonderful location with a nice view of the dam. We stayed two nights and arranged a tour of the Gariep Dam wall - which was quite interesting. Nice stopover and left well rested for the rest of our journey.

The sunrise the next morning by

Unfortunately we spent one night only. What a gem!
