Aldeia Guest House is a relaxed guest house situated in Matola North. Matola is a city in southern Mozambique, which lies 12 kilometres to the west of the country's capital, Maputo.

Aldeia Guest House offers accommodation in eight double or twin en-suite rooms. Each room features air-conditioning, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a TV with movie channels.

The guest house is set in a large garden, with a sparkling swimming pool, the ideal place to cool off in the heat of the day. In addition, there is an on-site bar and restaurant. Secure parking is provided, and a laundry service is available on request.

Good value for money!



Our stay at the guest house was very good. The rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast however was just ok.

Merci Cheryl pour ton accueil. On a un peu peur quand on arrive à Matola, mais Cheryl est là pour nous remonter le moral ! Il faudrait changer les matelas. Repas et breakfast très corrects. Bon endroit pour visiter Maputo, le gros problème de Maputo, c'est la police !!!

Cheryl thank you for your welcome. It was a little scared when we arrive in Matola but Cheryl is there to cheer us up! It would change the mattress. Meals and breakfast decent. Good place to visit Maputo, Maputo big problem is the police !!!




Road towards Guest house was in a very bad condition and flooded. Battle to find the Guest house becase of poor signage. Rooms very stuffy and mattresses needs replacement. Showers had a mouldy look on the tiles. Pictures on the website is very misleading. I wouldn't recommend staying at Aldeia.
