This spacious beautifully renovated holiday house, situated in upper Zwaanswyk, only 20 minutes out of Cape Town, has it all.

Surrounded by almond trees with an enclosed garden and a stunning pool area, you can enjoy all the amenities you would expect from your perfect vacation. The double storey cottage can accommodate up to 5 people. Almondbury cottage has 3 bedrooms.

The open-plan fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a washing machine, and an iron and ironing board.

The comfortable lounge is equipped with a flat screen TV with DStv. The dining area and lounge which is joined to the kitchen has access to the garden and the pool.

Zwaanswyk is a semi-security estate and the cottage is fully fitted with an alarm for extra security.

Walks, hikes and mountain bike trails are within walking distance of the property. Surfing hot spot Muizenberg and famous child friendly St. James beach with its warm tidal pool are just a 10 minute drive away.

World famous wine farms, high class restaurants and golf courses are just around the corner and Blue Route mall fulfils all your shopping needs.

Almondbury Cottage is not only the perfect family home it also caters for couples.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, and the cottage is completely private. I have stayed at other establishments where you feel like you are living with your hosts!

Very comfortable. Only drawback was only one bathroom downstairs. A toilet and washbasin upstairs would have been great
