Aruba, Chaka's Rock is located in a secure complex along the Dolphin Coast in KwaZulu-Natal. This light and airy apartment can accommodate up to six guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, a six-seater dining table and a spacious lounge leading onto a private balcony overlooking the gardens. There is also a communal swimming pool and a braai area. The Dolphin Coast has many attractions and activities such as surfers kite centre, the Pottery Gallery, Flag Animal farm, the King Shaka Memorial, Ballito Boardwalk, Dolphin Coast Beaches and Ballito Bay Mall. Regrettably, no matric rage students and no bookings will be accepted for any persons under the age of 25 years old.

The Aruba complex is on the main road in Shaka's Rock. No.1 Aruba is conveniently situated within the complex. From the balcony you not only have a sea view, you can slso can see the entrance gate. This is useful as you can open the gate with your remote from the balcony. The pool is close by and it is visable from the balcony. The accommodation itself is very comfortable and all the rooms and facilities are neat and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary cutlery, crockery and serving dishes etc. There is a large open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area leading onto the spacious undercover balcony. Perfect for you to sit and enjoy a sundowner and your evening braai. The closest beach is Thompson Bay - only 5min walk. No need to drive there, as it's close enough to walk with the umbrella and cooler bag. If you do drive, there is limited paid parking available. Thompson Bay has a good swimming beach protected by shark nets and patrolled by life guards. The tidal pool is fantastic, pack your snorkelling goggles as there is plenty of sea life. At low tide the rocks are exposed and the kids can spend hours enjoying the rock pools. Our family had a really enjoyable 5 day stay and will definitely visit no.1Aruba again!
