Asanja Africa

Asanja Africa is a luxury tented campsite tucked away in a sea of grass, amid Rocky Islands known as the Moru Kopjes. This exclusive camp has five tents and provides you with an authentic luxury camping experience in the bush.

The Maasai people are at the heart of this facility and it is expressed throughout the camp. The majority of the staff that works at Asanja Africa comes from the surrounding communities. During their lifetime, the Maasai perform a series of ceremonies. They believe that these ceremonies shape and strengthen their culture. At Asanja Africa, there are five luxury tents, each representing a special Maasai ceremony.

The dedicated chef and his team are proud to serve a fusion of local flavours and continental cuisine. Breakfast, light lunches and dinner are served in the mes tent. Private bush breakfasts and dinners can be arranged on request.

The safari bar and lounge area overlook the mesmerizing plains of the Serengeti. Enjoy a sundowner as you admire this magnificent sight. A private gazebo is also available for you to relax, unwind and take in the tranquility of the African wilderness.

We offer action-packed game drives with qualified guides in 4x4 safari vehicles, with space for six guests. Other activities available include cultural dance and music entertainment, balloon safaris and birdwatching.
