Escape the city bedlam and experience the tranquillity of nature. Barn Guesthouse originated from a sheep kraal on the farm Smaldeel, situated on the N1, 24 km south of Kroonstad. The agricultural activities on the farm include the cultivation of maize, sunflower and wheat as well as the production of cattle and sheep.
We offer five luxurious outside bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each room can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the garden. Each room is equipped with air-conditioning, bar fridge, hair dryer, TV with M-Net, two Movie Magic and two sport channels, shower and/or bath, toiletries, electric blankets, tea and coffee-making facility, fresh rusks, towels and magazines.
