Barra Lake House

Barra Lake House, built on the banks of the lagoon at Barra Inhambane, overlooks the lagoon as it melts into the sea in the distance. The house offers self-catering accommodation ideal for a group or family of four. The house has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. All of the rooms face the lagoon. On the deck to the left there is a panoramic view of the countless palm trees which is a characteristic of the area. The open plan living area comprises a fully equipped kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a deep freeze, microwave and gas stove, with wash basin. Electricity and a cleaning service are included in the tariff. The lagoon is ideal for paddling, windsurfing, exploring of marine-life, snorkeling at the nearby reef and more. You may come across seahorses that the lagoon is popular for. At high tide guests, can paddle to the beach on the lagoon, or drive the 6.5 km to the beach. Please note that a 4x4 or 2x4 with diff-lock is required to get to the Barra Lake House.
