Barra Pescador

Barra Pescador is situated on Barra Beach, approximately 23 km from the tourism town of Inhambane. The warm waters of the Indian Ocean flow effortlessly to the sandy and picturesque beaches of Praia Da Barra, making the area a popular beach getaway destination. A large house with 10 en-suite rooms with air cons, pool room, bar are, exquisite kitchen and spectacular view is ideal for a large party or family and built on one of the highest dunes overlooking the whole of Barra.

The other houses are built at the base of the main dune, under a shady haven of palm trees with the beach only 60 meters away. The fully equipped houses overlook the swimming pool each with its own braai area. The houses are equipped with a fridge, a deep freezer, a microwave, a gas stove and oven, a toaster and a kettle. The houses are serviced and linen is supplied but guests would need to bring their own towels. You have a choice between 3 houses varying in size and facilities.

Access from the main road to the hard-core parking area of the lodge is decent, so it is not a necessity for a 4x4 vehicle. For those that prefer not to cook, there are two restaurants close by. The nearest being Andaca Restaurant and is approximately 60 meters away. The other one is Tiki Bar and is approximately 100 meter away.
