Baven On Sea

Baven On Sea is a self-catering house located in Ramsgate Beach, south of Margate on KwaZulu-Natal's South Coast. This area is known for golden beaches, lagoons, rocky bays, grassy slopes, the warm Indian Ocean, sunny days, subtropical forests and rich vegetation. The main house and cottage sleep 11.

The main house is a double-storey that sleeps nine and has four rooms, four bathrooms, a kitchen and living area. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second room has two single beds, the third room has a king-size bed, and the fourth room has a bunk and a single bed. There are two en-suite bathrooms with showers, toilets and sinks. The third bathroom has a bath and the fourth bathroom has a shower. Each room has a ceiling fan.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, two fridge-freezers, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The first dining table seats eight and the second seats six. There are also two seating areas, the first of which has a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels and the second a fireplace.

The open-plan garden cottage sleeps two and offers a living area, kitchenette and sleeping area. The unit has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The kitchenette is equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There is also a ceiling fan and a seating area.

The main house has a covered patio with a sea view and braai facilities. There is also a pool and parking space for three vehicles or two vehicles and a carriage in a double garage. There is also extra parking space for two vehicles or one vehicle and a trailer.
