Bellevue Manor was built in 1895, declared a national monument, situated in quiet residential streets and offers tranquil, exclusive accommodation. Bellevue Manor is situated close to beaches, the V and A Waterfront, Sea Point Promenade, excellent restaurants and nightlife.

Rooms offer satellite TV, safes, telephones, tea and coffee tray and other touches to guarantee your comfort. Barbecue and conference facilities are available, tours, car hire offered in house. Secure off street parking is available.

We also offer ungraded self-catering suites and apartments which are situated a few minutes away from the main Guest House. Two types of suites are available: three large en-suite rooms independent of each other, with a shared kitchen; two large en-suite rooms with kitchenette area within the room.

Our apartments have two/three bedrooms, fully fitted lounge/reception area, and fully fitted kitchen, ideal for families. Breakfast is not included in the self-catering units.

A charming and lovely experience. We can recommend this central apartment as a brilliant option for good and comfort accommodation

Nice time at Bellevue by

We enjoyed our stay at Bellevue Manor but they need to give attention to their service - we had to ask for toilet paper, they never turned the sheets and we used 4 days on a towel before it was replaced. There is no MNet as advertised, no blow dryer in the room as advertised and do not ask for a warm breakfast the cook cannot fry eggs! The continental breakfast was good, friendly owner and staff parking is a problem but they did accommodate our trailer. Other than that the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Cheap accommodation - you get what you pay for.

The apartment was lovely and spacious . The rooms all clean and neat. There were just a couple of things that I feel could be improved, the dstv did not work. There is no toaster in the kitchen and no cloth or sponge for the dishes, I know it is self catering but usually there is a sponge to wash dishes with. Besides those things our stay was comfortable. The location was great.
