Bona Bali 6 is a private duplex situated in the popular Zimbali Coastal Resort. Zimbali is perfectly positioned as a gateway to exploring the famed KwaZulu Natal tourist attractions.

Bona Bali 6 sleeps eight people in four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The modern house has an open-plan living area. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, a gas stove, a double-door fridge, a dishwasher and all cutlery and crockery. The spacious living area includes a dining area and a lounge with a fireplace, DStv and air-conditioning. Large doors open out onto the covered patio to create an indoor-outdoor entertainment area with braai facilities. There is a golf cart parked in the garage.

Disappointing hospitality by

The house is great with comfortable facilities. As guests, we were well informed about the monkeys in the area and therefore we did not bother opening any of the windows. On one of the days, the maid opened the windows while cleaning and did not close one of them. We came back to a trashed house, with monkey droppings on the stairs and some of the bedrooms. Our food was also destroyed. The agent absolutely refused to assist us with fresh linen and we ended up cleaning up ourselves.

Establishments response:

It is with great sadness that your experience in Zimbali was not up to our usual standard. We strive to give our guests the best holiday experience possible as we know that you deserve the best.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to assist you with your request and facilitate cleaning at 9pm on Saturday night. The current taxi strikes that we have been experiencing in our area have been a burden on the staff that rely on them, especially late at night.
Staff were present on Sunday morning, despite their day off. The situation was assessed and although the damage was limited to the downstairs areas, where food was being kept, it was immediately cleaned and rectified.
We always wish to conduct ourselves in a professional manner and put guests' needs first where ever possible. Monkeys are unpredictable and we request that all guests be aware of these pesky creatures at all times.
