Bonamanzi Wildlodge

Situated on the banks of the Steelpoort River, Bonamanzi Game Lodge offers guests a bushveld retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is located in the Luiperdshoeks Valley which is home to an abundance wild life, making this an ideal choice for nature lovers.There are 16 comfortably furnished rooms with single, bunk and double beds. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and balconies, perfect for appreciating the panoramic views of the untouched vegetation below. Large windows not only provide plenty of natural light, but also let in the cooling bushveld breeze. Eight hostels are also available for larger groups.Guests can look forward to participating many activities during their stay. These include a variety of water sports such as kayaking and rafting. Rock climbing, playing pool, swimming or just relaxing by having a picnic next to the river is a few of the activities. The nearby river is also ideal for fly fishing.The lodge is home to crocodiles and the elusive White lion. Game drives can be arranged on request, affording visitors an exclusive opportunity to view them. Guests can end the day off by having a delicious meal either self-catering at the lapa next to the river/pool or specially requested meals at the lodge or by enjoying a drink after a day filled with adventure and memorable experiences watching the sun set behind the mountains.
